Rethink, Reuse, Recycle.

We promote our environmental philosophy through a number of programs, which encourage millions of our customers to think and act responsibly about how they use and dispose of their electronic devices. For example, the RadioShack Trade & Save Program enables our customers to trade their working electronics for a credit toward an upgrade for a new product or device at no additional cost to the customer. This improves our customers' access to the latest new devices, while ensuring that the used products are are refurbished and resold or recycled responsibly, under processes that are regularly audited by an independent third party.

We also maintain in-store recycling programs, which encourage consumers to bring their used rechargeable batteries and cellphones to any RadioShack location for free, responsible recycling.
